Huawei’s user interface EMUI 9.1 brings various new features to the manufacturer’s smartphones. Currently she is available for the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. Now the company has revealed for which other devices it will appear.
It was already known that the Huawei Mate 20 (Pro) will receive EMUI 9.1. Because for the devices of the model series there is already a beta version – more specifically for: Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro , Mate 20 X and the Mate 20 Porsche Design. Other smartphones that the manufacturer will serve are, according to GizmoChina from an official poster out. Altogether there are 49 devices to be found.
EMUI 9.1 for (almost) everyone
Huawei divided the devices into several categories. The first includes those for which a public beta of EMUI 9.1 is already available – the Mate 20 series smartphones. Category 2 contains cell phones for which a closed beta is planned. The main ones mentioned are the following:
- Mate 10 (Pro) and Mate 10 Porsche Design
- Mate 9 (Pro) and Mate 9 Porsche Design
- P20 (Pro)
- P10 (Plus)
- Nova 4, 3, 3i and 2s
- Honor (V) 9 and (V) 10
- Honor play
- Honor View 10 (Lite)
- Honor Note 10
- Honor 8X
In category 3, Huawei is launching devices that are scheduled to update but are still a little further away. These included the following smartphones: Nova 4e, Nova 3e, Enjoy 9 Plus, Enjoy 8 Plus, Enjoy Max, Enjoy 9s, Enjoy 7s, Enjoy 9e, Honor 9 Lite, Honor 8X Max, Honor 20i and Honor 9i. In addition, the third category included some tablets, including MediaPad M5 Lite (10.1 and 8 inches), MediaPad M5 (10.3 inches) and Honor Tab 5.
